1.1. These Terms apply to all users of the Website, including customers, vendors, and visitors. 1.2. We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice.  Updated terms will be reflected on this site.  Because our services are ever-evolving we may change or discontinue all or any part of the services, at any time and without notice, at our sole discretion.

2. Account & User Responsibilities

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. 2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 2.3. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Orders & Payments

3.1. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.  You authorize our third party payment processor to charge your payment method for the associated purchase(s) plus any applicable taxes and other charges that may be accrued by or in connection with your purchase.   3.2. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion. 3.3. Prices are subject to change without notice. 3.4. Payments must be made through our approved payment methods.  3.5. If you are completing the purchase using a third party payment processor, that processor’s terms and conditions apply to your payment transaction.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. Shipping times and costs vary based on location, value of merchandise, and chosen shipping method. 4.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers. 4.3. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. 4.4.  We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.   4.5. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.  4.6. Note, shipping does not occur on Saturdays, Sundays or U.S. national holidays.  Orders placed on the weekends will not ship until the next business day.  Expedited and Overnight orders received after 2PM EST will be processed the following business day.  For additional questions, contact us at assistance@artisan-manor.com.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1. Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of receipt. 5.2. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include original proof of purchase. 5.3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 5.4. Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, customized products, gift cards, final sale items, items damaged through normal wear and tear) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.  5.5.  If you would like to return items that were shipped outside of the U.S., please contact us at Assistance@Artisan-Manor.com.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content on this Website,  including,(text, graphic images, logos, trademarks, service marks, audio and video clips, etc.) is owned by or licensed to Artisan Manor LLC or the properly attributed partyus.  The entire content of Artisan Manor website is copyrighted as a collective work under U.S. copyright laws.   6.2. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.  It  is a violation of federal law to use any of our intellectual property in whole or in part, and modification of any materials contained on this site is illegal and may be prosecuted should we choose to do so, including asking for financial penalties (damages) and/or an injunction forcing you to stop using our intellectual property.

7.1. You may not engage in fraudulent activities, hacking, or any action that disrupts the Website. 7.2. Use of our Website for illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.

8.1. We are not liable for indirect, direct, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Website. 8.2. Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for purchases made on our Website.

11.  Cookies, Log Files, Web Beacons and Data Retention

11.1.  Like many other websites, www.artisan-manor.com, makes use of log files.  These files merely logs visitors to the site - usually a standard procedure for hosting companies and a part of hosting services’ analytics.  The information inside the log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provide (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks.  This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the site, and gather demographic information.  IP addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.  11.2.  We reserve the right to retain different types of information pursuant to the legal requirements under the applicable law, depending on the purposes for processing data, and our legitimate business purposes.
